SD-1360 / SD-1430 Shredders

Shredding of waste wood from industries and parks. Our SD-1360 and SD-1430 are developed for pulverising wood waste as well as organic waste from garden and parks. These machines have a 354 to 428 hp Mercedes engine. A digital computer secures that the capacity is utilized in the best possible way and thereby optimizing the operation economy. The SD range can shred material up to 150 mm in diameter and has a capacity up to 280 m³/h. The important thing is that the material is shredded in a way that makes the surface as large as possible.

SD-1360 / 1430 … flexible shredding

The SD-1360 and 1430 are sturdy and powerful shredders. Waste wood is shredded for chipboards or fuel. Cut-off branches from parks are pulverized for use as compost or chipwood. The SD-1360 / 1430 can also be used for a number of special purposes thanks to the wide range of adjustment possibilities.

SD-1360 / 1430 are very flexible machines for shredding green waste, demolition wood and industrial wood. With the electronical steering and many options the machine can be fitted to individual purposes.  

The hydraulically powered rear elevator increases the number of usable sites. Safely allowing the use of smaller locations.

5m conveyor with over-belt magnet for sorting out metal in e.g. demolition wood. This conveyor is foldable for transport.

Ideal admittance for daily inspection and service of the machine.

A powerful magnet roller and collecting box for separation  of iron and metal can be mounted. The machine can be provided with grate in sizes from 50 x 50 mm up to 300 x 300 mm. For waste branches a special grate is used. The aggressive hydraulic feeding roller provides an even feeding. The speed can be adjusted and reversed independently of the slat conveyor, which remedies blockage as the material is torn apart and provides an even feeding.

The SD-1360 / 1430 are suitable for shredding large branches or demolition wood. The standard machine is supplied with remote control, crawler gear and automatic cooler cleaning. A 5m long rear conveyor as option.

Specially designed flails weighing 15 kilogrammes. The replaceable flail points are provided with hard metal plates.

A digital control system ensures optimum speed of the bottom conveyor and feeding drum depending on the material. This provides maximum capacity.
